Our History
Start of Business
Our founder Haji M. Ramzan Watto (late) started rice business in 1985. At that time business was just at its initial level. Gradually we started capturing market and grown with the keen efforts while focusing on best quality and competitive prices.
Rice Mills Opening
Continuous effort of our whole team and focusing on quality enabled us to the level of opening of rice mills to meet the customer’s requirements. For this we established our mills in Nankana Sahib – Punjab, Pakistan. We worked with the same pace and kept on making new clients while satisfying them with our premium products.
Rice Processing & Parboiling Unit
In 2005, we installed Rice Processing & Parboiling Unit in our mills. Our Rice Milling Plant consists of pre-cleaner, cleaning sieve, de-stoner machine, rubber roller, paddy sieve, rice length grader, rice polisher, efficient bucket elevator and electric console. It includes the whole process from paddy cleaning, hulling, paddy separation, rice milling to rice sorting. Parboiling involves partial boiling of the paddy before milling in order to increase its nutritional value, to fascinate the texture of cooked rice, and reduce the breakage in milling.
Start Rice Exporting
After satisfying the local customers in Pakistan, Bin Ramzan Foods started to export its rice in 2012. We are now exporting our premium quality rice to different countries in the world including Muscat, Kuwait, Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Kenya, Australia New Zealand, United Kingdom, Italy, USA, Canada, Germany, France, Russia, Sweden and many other countries of the world.
Unit’s reputation for excellence is built on two main pillars:
- An understanding and focus on the specific industries involved and the processes required by processors to deliver safe, clean, profitable output to their customers.
- A commitment to the continual development of the technologies required to meet those demands, in a world which continues to demand even more from their processors.
Induction of More Units
Keeping in view more demand from our customers, we installed more Husking, Parboiling & processing Units in our mills in the year of 2017. With this installation and expanded working machinery we are now producing more fine rice products with innovative technology and ISO standards.
